Angel was born in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible and Theology with a concentration in Pastoral Studies from The University of Valley Forge in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania; a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Regent University School of Theology in Virginia Beach, Virginia; and a Doctor of Ministry with a concentration of Pastoral Care and Family Ministries from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.
He received his ordination and is endorsed by the Assemblies of God. Angel was commissioned as an officer to serve as a chaplain in United States Army. He served as an Active-Duty Army Chaplain from 2007 to 2017. He continues to serve in the US Army Reserves Component as a Brigade Chaplain. He holds a Level 2 coaching certification through AG Coaching, Springfield, MO.
Angel is the Director of Christian Ministries for Adams Christian Prison Ministries for the last four years. He has been married to his wife Nicole, since 1994. They have 5 daughters, one son-in-law and two granddaughters.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible and Theology with a concentration in Pastoral Ministries from the University of Valley Forge.
She has been homeschooling her five children for over 20 years. Over these 20 years, she has homeschooled in five different states and even overseas. Three of her five daughters have graduated high school to date.
Nicole has served in various leadership positions both in the church and military, such as Women's Ministry Director, Bible study teacher, Army FRG Co-leader, and more. She has a passion to see women grow in their faith and in their roles as wives and mothers.
Her newest passion is learning old fashioned skills and teaching them to others.
