Home Front Leadership

Home Front Leadership applies its efforts in teaching and coaching through one-on-one interaction, small group settings, and weekend workshops. The HFL team members, Angel and Nicole Perez, have been married for over 30 years and they have over 50 years of combined leadership and ministry experience. They are passionate about passing their knowledge, wisdom, and leadership to the next generation.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible and Theology with a concentration in Pastoral Ministries from the University of Valley Forge. She has dedicated over two decades to homeschooling her five children, adapting her approach across five different states and even overseas. To date, three of her five daughters have successfully graduated high school, a testament to her commitment to personalized and faith-based education.
In addition to her role as a homeschooling mother, Nicole has served in a variety of leadership positions within both church and military communities. Her experience includes serving as a Women's Ministry Director, Bible study teacher, and Army Family Readiness Group (FRG) Co-leader, among other leadership roles. Through these positions, she has mentored and guided women in their spiritual journeys, helping them grow in faith and navigate their roles as wives, mothers, and leaders.
Nicole has a deep passion for equipping women to thrive in their faith and family life, fostering a strong foundation in biblical principles. Her latest endeavor is learning and preserving old-fashioned, time-honored skills such as homemaking, gardening, food preservation, and traditional craftsmanship. She finds great joy in sharing this knowledge with others, empowering women to embrace self-sufficiency, stewardship, and a return to the wisdom of past generations. Through her teaching, she hopes to inspire a renewed appreciation for the skills that sustain families and build resilient homes.
